AN EXPERIENCE WORTH LEARNING FOR
What students say about learning with Ciao Sugar
Hear from past students about Joyce’s teaching, her signature wafer paper techniques and the skills they gained from attending her workshops.
Tiffany, Malaysia
"I’m Tiffany from Malaysia, and I was nervous to work with wafer paper at first. Joyce explained each step clearly, helped me build confidence and has now taught me more than fifteen flowers. Her classes are supportive, easy to follow in English and Chinese, and suitable for all skill levels."
Priscilla Yeo, Singapore
"Before the class, much of my wafer paper flower process was guesswork. Joyce’s clear explanations helped me understand the purpose behind each step, while her beautiful sense of form and movement showed me how to bring each flower to life."
Natalie C., Indonesia
"I joined to learn a new decorating skill, but I left with a much better understanding of flower structure, colour and movement. I can already see how these techniques will elevate my wedding cakes."
Sarah M., Malaysia
"I first saw Joyce demonstrate at a cake expo and was amazed by how realistic her wafer paper flowers looked. I knew immediately that I wanted to learn from her. So I booked a private class!"
