RUSSIAN HONEY CAKE

Using unique Tasmanian leatherwood honey - the most popular cake made of 18-25 layers. This cake is not very sweet and 10/10 loved by everyone. (this cake is time consuming and will incur $25 surcharge per tier)

  

SIGNATURE CHOCOLATE

Delicate and moist chocolate cake, rich chocolate cream, ganache from luxury French chocolate. Your choice of using Caraibe 66% for dark richer flavour and Jivara 49% for milk

  

RED VELVET

Fluffy, soft, buttery and moist with the most perfect velvet texture and natural raspberry juice. 

 

VANILLA

Classic soft sponge and meringue buttercream using vanilla seeds from finest Madagascar vanilla bean 

 

PISTACHIO AND RASPBERRY

Soft pistachio sponge with raspberry cream and raspberry marmalade - this cake looks amazing inside and on a plate. We use unroasted pistachios for fresh natural flavour and texture. Pure and how nature intended.

 

HAZELNUT ROCHER

Moist chocolate cake, hazelnut cream with Baileys, crushed roasted hazelnut praline. 

 

CARAMEL

The pure, ancient black salt from Cyprus is enjoyed by food connoisseurs the world over. We use the salt to give a unique twist on the classic sweetness of thick, gooey caramel sauce. In addition to that we add caramelised French  Valrhona chocolate for smith cream. The end result is a delicious indulgence that’s perfectly balanced.

  

CHOCOLATE COINTREAU

Rich chocolate cake  with Cointreau and freshly squeezed orange juice. Chocolate ganache between layers and whipped cream. Orange jelly or coulis between the layers - please confirm if this option is possible for your design 

 

BERRY

Raspberry and strawberries ripple through the cake, berry coulis in between the layers. Those beautiful berry particles in your sponge will taste so delicious

 

SNICKERS

Chocolate sponge, salted caramel, peanut  butter cream. 

 

SPICED CARROT CAKE

Modern alternative to traditional fruit cake. Optional with apricot and orange coulis

 

Note. Please check if your favourite flavour will be suitable for your cake design as on some occasions cake requires more stability due to size/height and structure.
